6 week sublet in Sydenham

This three-bedroom, three-floor house is looking for a temporary housemate to sublet from one of our housemates moving out to live closer to a new job. The sublet is for 6 weeks until the end of their tenancy agreement (26 June - 19 August). We are looking for a young professional who is friendly, clean and easy to live with! Queer people will be considered first as the remaining housemates are Queer.

The house has spacious rooms with tall ceilings, there is a marble countertop kitchen with all the amenities as well as two bathrooms and a garden. The front room is large with a big TV and sofa. The room you would be taking is on the top floor with lots of storage with a built-in large wardrobe and a beautiful view of the trees. In the images of the room there are belongings, but of course by the time you move in it will be empty and clear! The house is 5 minute walk from the overground and bus stops and supermarket the same distance. Bills are £150 a month.

The housemate you'll be living with is me (Gabriel) and Summer :) We're big foodies and work from home sometimes (when we're not in at the office working in the comms industry). We enjoy keeping the house cozy and clean. I like looking after my veg patch in the garden, bouldering, reading and going out to Queer nights (Dalston Superstore !!)) :)
