Lovely victorian 2-bed with a separate lounge, modern bathroom, and lovely private garden. The lounge includes a comfy sofa, coffee table, and shared TV (with Netflix). Great for chilled evenings or catch-ups. The flats recent refurb includes new flooring and bathroom.

📍 Location:
On peaceful Venner Road, just 5 mins to Penge East (15 mins to Victoria) and 10 mins to Sydenham Station (15 mins to London Bridge).

I'm a tidy and respectful professional who enjoys travel, gigs, and relaxed socialising. Looking for someone easy-going who enjoys their own space but also likes the occasional catch up after work or on the weekend.
