Bright spacious double room - houseshare w/ garden

We have a large double room with lots of storage space available in our shared house 10 mins walk from Forest hill station. We share a kitchen, bathroom, spacious living room, dining room and have a nice little garden out the back.

The current household is two males, 25 and 32, working as a teacher and teaching assistant. The vibes are friendly and relaxed, and generally quiet in the night; we all have to be up early!

Our road itself is very peaceful, I hear more birdsong than traffic. Local amenities are also great, with solid travel links, lots of shops very close, Lidl within walking distance and some beautiful parks in the area.

On top of rent, our monthly bills come to around £90pp, covering council tax, electricity and broadband.
