Move in date: 1st October-20th October, some flexibility on exact move in date, but looking for someone long term ideally!

My current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone lovely to take the other room and share the flat with me.

I’ve been here 4 years and have made this flat my home, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful of that vibe and looking for somewhere (mostly) quiet, homey and tidy!

The flat is great, our landlord is super friendly & easily contactable if we need him and I absolutely love the area.

Definitely would love a housemate who wants to eat dinners, have a glass of wine and binge watch bad tv shows together sometimes, but also appreciate my own space and time alone too.

The room is a good sized double, with great light and comes with a big chest of drawers, bed frame (not in photo) and mattress.

It’s a great flat in a converted town house - the communal areas, kitchen/dinning room, living room and bathroom are on the first floor and then there’s the two bedrooms upstairs.

It’s just under a 10 minute walk from Forest Hill station (great if you’re an overground fan like me - but also trains into London Bridge too).
