Double room: £800
The double room is a good sized double, with a desk and plenty of storage. The bathroom will be shared with one other person.

Both rooms are ideal for someone who wants a peaceful place to come home to.

All bills are included in the rent, including fast fibre broadband.

Current housemate/live-in landlord: Me, Emily, 44. I'm currently on a work break but I usually work hybrid hours, with a couple of days in the office and the rest of the week from home. Generally, I'm respectful of space and quiet time and equally happy to share a cup of tea and a chat together. It would be lovely to find someone who'd occasionally like to practice some bad tennis with me in Mayow Park, a 5 minute walk away.

You would also share with 2 friendly floof cats - one of which you will rarely see and another very sociable cat who will be your new best friend if you're a cat lover.

Location:
The flat is a 15 minute walk from both Sydenham and Lower Sydenham stations so nice and easy for getting into central London. Trains go directly to Charing Cross, Waterloo East, London Bridge and along the overground route.

It is a five minute walk from a huge Sainsbury's (and B&Q, Next, Currys, Aldi, an aerial circus school etc) and a 10 minute walk from Sydenham high street (with cafes, restaurants, gym and yoga studio etc). We also have some great takeaways at the bottom of the road!
