Room available to sublet for 6 weeks

I'll be away for 6 weeks from the 28th of October until the 14th of December, and am looking for someone to sublet my room during this time

It's a beauuutiful house in Sydenham with the loveliest housemates - all very friendly and creative people! We all love to hang out and chat together, but also all value our space, so it's a perfect balance.

The house is spacious and homely, and it includes an open plan living room & kitchen area, a big garden, 2 bathrooms (2 showers, 1 bathtub). The bedroom is spacious and comfy, it has a double bed and a desk which you'd be welcome to use. The house is also very well connected with buses and an overground station within a 15 minute walk. There's a tesco express around the corner, and a Lidl which is about a 10 minute walk away. A short bus ride takes you to a retail park that has an aldi and a sainsbury's too.

I will need whoever is temporarily subletting to be able to pay the rent and bills for 6 weeks - one month's rent is £687.50 and the bills come to around £100 per month.

Someone within the same age range would be preferred (24-29 ish), and I'd like to chat over the phone or meet up beforehand to make sure you're a good fit for my lovely home!
