Buddy Up Viewing

I’m hoping to find someone cool to buddy up with on a great 2 bed place in Sydenham. I have a viewing arranged with the landlord.

Firstly; I have 2 dogs, so being a dog lover would be a huge bonus. They’re Harriers, both really friendly, well behaved and great company. If you’ve never lived with dogs before but love them I’d be happy to fill you in on what to expect but please, if you don’t truly appreciate dogs and accept them as members of the household then let’s not waste one another’s time. Thanks.

Property: Ground floor flat with good sized private rear garden. Both double bedrooms, one with en suite. Parking available at front of property. Only a couple of minutes walk from Sydenham station. Property is managed by a private landlord who you’ll get to meet if you join me at the viewing.

Me: I’m easy going, trying to lead a stress free life. I’m a considerate flatmate and also a sociable one. Bedroom hermits need not apply; I like to live with the people I live with. I like a drink for sure but do most of it at the pub, at gigs or whatever other social occasion comes calling. I work in events, this usually covers Mon-Sat with some early mornings, late nights and plenty in between.

My main passion in life is music. Listening, playing, creating, critiquing. Also into sports (rugby, NFL) film, political/espionage/crime dramas. Not a fan of talking about myself so I’ll leave it at that for now.
