Room in friendly home in Sydenham

Hello :)

I'm Nadia, a friendly 39 year old professional who contracts for the government. I live in a beautiful home in Sydenham which has been newly renovated and has a double room with desk available. Please note, the room comes with limited storage so is not suitable for people with lots of belongings.

A bit about the house: The bathroom has a bath and shower with underfloor heating. The communal space has a large kitchen/dining area (which also has underfloor heating). There's a deck and (currently empty) garden which I'm looking to get planted in March so please be aware there may be some upheaval as the garden gets done (but you will have a beautiful space where you can relax in the summer!)

The house is a 10 minute walk to Sydenham station and a short bus ride to Crystal Palace which has an Everyman Cinema plus lots of restaurants, cafes and shops for pottering around on a weekend. Sydenham also has a couple of nice cafes and a pub!

As for me, I'm, very friendly but also have my own stuff going on so I'll be respectful of your time and space. I'm often at the gym during the week and on the weekend I enjoy spending time with friends and family. Equally if you're someone who enjoys being social with housemates, I'm up for that too :) Love a drink or a cup of tea on the sofa as we catch up on our days or cooking a meal together.

Also if you're looking for a weekday room, I'm open to that and we can negotiate the rent.
