Room in newly renovated home in Sydenham

Hi!

I'm Nadia, a 38 year old professional working as a content designer for the government. I live in a beautiful home in Sydenham which has been newly renovated and has a double room with desk available to rent.

The bathroom has a bath and shower with underfloor heating. The communal space is really generous, with a separate living room and large kitchen/dining area (which also has underfloor heating).  There's a deck and (currently empty) garden which I'm looking to get planted in the spring.

The house is a 12 minute walk to Sydenham station and a short bus ride to Crystal Palace which has an Everyman Cinema plus lots of restaurants, cafes and shops for pottering around on a weekend.

I have a busy social life - I'm often at the gym during the week and on the weekend I very much enjoy spending time with friends and family. Equally I'd appreciate having a housemate where we both enjoy having dinner together every now and then :)
