Double room in Sydenham flat

Double room available in a peaceful Sydenham home, with own bathroom (sort of). You'll be the only person using the shared bathroom as I have an ensuite - so no morning shower queues. :)

Easy access to central London. All bills and broadband are included in the rent. Open to short-term - and cat-friendly housemate preferred. :)

Your housemate:
I'm interested in yoga, the gym, going to galleries and seeing plays. I'm also in a choir so sometimes off to singing practice. :)
Also living here are 2 cats: one super friendly cat who will be your new best friend and one that you probably won't see too often.

Looking for someone equally happy to have kitchen chats and being independent. It's a bonus if you like living with cats.

Location:
The flat is a 15 minute walk from both Sydenham and Lower Sydenham stations so nice and easy for getting into London (London Bridge is 20 minutes away and direct trains run to Waterloo and Charing Cross. From Sydenham, trains run directly to Canada Water and Whitechapel).

We are a five minute walk from a huge Sainsbury's (and B&Q, Next, Currys, Aldi, an aerial circus school etc) and a 10 minute walk from the cafes and restaurants on Sydenham high street. (Although we have some award winning takeaways at the bottom of the road!).
