Double room in Sydenham flat

Double room available in a sunny Sydenham home, with easy access to central London. Open to short-term - and cat-friendly housemate preferred. :)

All bills and broadband are included in the rent. (Flexible on the deposit for a very short-term period).

Current housemates:
- Emily: I work hybrid hours and outside of work, I'm interested in yoga and the gym. I'm also in a choir so sometimes off to singing practice. :) I'm looking for someone who is happy to be independent but equally happy to have kitchen chats and the occasional dinner together.
-Ellie: Recently moved in and loves good coffee.
-Two cats: One super friendly cat who will be your new best friend and one very shy cat that you probably won't see too often.

Looking for: someone who is easy going, friendly and considerate of others in the home. Someone happy to be a bit independent but equally approachable and open to the occasional tea and chat.
It's a bonus if you like living with cats.

Location:
The flat is a 15 minute walk from both Sydenham and Lower Sydenham stations so nice and easy for getting into London.

We are a five minute walk from a huge Sainsbury's (and B&Q, Next, Currys, Aldi, an aerial circus school etc) and a 10 minute walk from the cafes and restaurants on Sydenham high street. (Although we have some award winning takeaways at the bottom of the road!).
