My partner and I have two separate bedrooms up for rent, ideally for a minimum of 3 months, as we will be away Jan-March 2025.

One double bedroom (red walls) is available from Jan to end of March 2025 - £850 (all bills included)

One larger double bedroom is available from Jan and could be occupied longer term but minimum of 3 months still applies. - £1050 (all bills included)

The living room, kitchen, bathroom, an extra toilet downstairs and the garden are shared and there is a very nice park right behind the house.

We love sharing our home with others and have a very social and friendly household which feels more like a family than a shared space. We respect everyone's private space but are very much up for a glass of wine, collective dinners and hanging out when the opportunity comes up.

We have a very friendly flatmate in the house already who will be around while we are traveling. Our two beloved cats will also be in the house and we have a lot of plants, so people who love cats and plants would be a perfect match for us. Smokers are ok as long as they are happy to smoke in the garden and not indoors.

You will be living with 2 or maximum 3 people in the house.

The house is about 7 minute walk from Sydenham station with great connections to central and east London.
