2 rooms in Queer household in Sydenham

Hi there,

I’m Ed, I’m 29 and am looking for 2 housemates to fill the rooms in this three bed house. I have lived here with 2 friends who have decided to move west and would like 2 tidy and friendly housemates to join. I am queer and sober and would prefer the same (I am more flexible on the second one- but essentially, this is not a party house). I’m 29 and work in TV so can occasionally be away filming for periods of time. I have a cat so animal lovers are very welcome. Move in date is Jan 17th. The house is a 10-15 minute walk from Sydenham station, with the 75 and 202 buses a short walk away. There is a LIDL, Tesco express and large Sainsbury’s and ALDI within walking distance. There is a small and a medium/large room on offer with a shared bathroom. The property has a garden and shared living/dining. It has a washing machine in the kitchen. Bonus if you have furniture you can bring as the previous tenants are taking a lot with them (the property came unfurnished- you will also need beds!)

Bills are ~120pm for gas/electric/council tax and water

Deposit is 5 WEEKS RENT
