1 room in Queer household in Sydenham

Hi there,

We are Ed (30) and Archie (24), looking to fill one room in this three bed house. We have lived here with 1 other who has now left the property and are looking for a tidy and friendly housemate to join. We are both queer and one of us (Ed) is sober. Though sobriety is not a requirement, this is not a party house so someone who is heavily into the party scene may wish to apply elsewhere. Ed is 30 and works in TV so can occasionally be away filming for periods of time. Archie works in hospitality. We both enjoy catching up and socialising in the shared space as well as having time to ourselves. Ed has a cat so animal lovers are very welcome. Move in date is Sept 17th or Oct 17th. The house is a 10-15 minute walk from Sydenham station, with the 75 and 202 buses a short walk away. There is a LIDL, Tesco express and large Sainsbury’s and ALDI within walking distance. There is a large room on offer with a shared bathroom. The property has a garden and shared living/dining room. It has a washing machine in the kitchen. The house is furnished with Ed’s furniture, and the bedroom comes with a bed that was left by the previous tenant.

Bills are ~120pm for gas/electric/council tax and water

Deposit is 5 WEEKS RENT
