N. B. only solo occupiers preferably with experience in childcare and capacity to help for a fee. We are looking for someone who can enjoy the self contained nature of the studio but also would like to be connected to our family via help with childcare ( one 8 year old boy - duties include occasional drop off, pick ups and evening sitting). We also have a small sausage dog. The rental and the childcare contracts will be separate.
