Spacious and bright double available in Sydenham

We are looking for a third tenant to fill the biggest room in a lovely houseshare in Sydenham. I am moving out and the house is looking for someone for a period of 4 months for a contract that ends on 23rd October 2025. The contract can then roll over for a year or more if desired.

The room fits a double bed comfortably and gets lots of lovely natural light. Lots of floorspace. The house is spacious and bright with communal living and dining areas. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The house is very well connected to stations: 10 minutes walk to Sydenham and Lower Sydenham and 20 minutes to Penge east and Forest Hill.

We need someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and good to get along with. We would like a full time professional who doesn't mind doing their share of cleaning and is kind and considerate of others.

Yogi and Seb work full time and are interested in gardening, reading, walking, cooking, museums, galleries and cinema.

The rent is £616 per month excluding bills. Bills are approximately £120 per month including energy, water, Internet, tv licence and council tax (property band C).

The room will retain the bed and wardrobe.
