A bright and cosy single room is available in a peaceful, welcoming home in Sydenham. Ideal for a responsible and open-minded lodger who enjoys a quiet environment and loves cats.

Please note that this is a lodger arrangement, not a flatshare, so you’ll be renting a room in my home rather than sharing it equally.

Comfortable and well-maintained

Rent: £700 per calendar month (calculated based on the number of days or weeks rented) – flexible for part-time stays

All bills included (or specify details if any bills are excluded)

A peaceful, respectful, and queer-friendly environment

Shared living with two adorable cats (must love cats!)

I occasionally foster cats for a local charity, so you may meet some temporary furry guests as well!

Shared kitchen, bathroom, and other common areas

Fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, and all standard amenities

Creative vibes are welcome – perfect for artists, writers, or anyone with a creative spark, though not a requirement

Quiet and safe area with excellent transport links

5-10 mins walk to nearest station/bus stop

Local shops, cafes, and parks all within walking distance
