The room is bright and facing the garden, including a connected bathroom for your private use, along with a desk and chair for studying or working. You will also have a walk-in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors, providing ample storage for personal belongings.

You will be sharing the house with other 4 professionals.

The shared kitchen and living room is well equipped and furnishings for cosiness and relaxation. Both rooms have doors connecting to a garden where you can enjoy a calm environment surrounded by greenery.

I am looking for someone who takes care to tidy up after using communal spaces such as the kitchen, laundry area, and garden. Take responsibility keeping the bedroom and bathroom clean on a regular basis.

The house is located in Upper Sydenham with a variety of restaurants, cafés, and convenience shops nearby, besides many stores that provide essential household and health supplies.
