Hello!

We are offering our spare room to professionals in need of a London Base During the working week. We can also be flexible with the amount of days but would ask for a minimum of three nights a week at £50pn.

We are a creative couple and have a small very well behaved eight year old Sausage dog. We are sociable but also very chilled.

We love renting out our spare room and have done so for the past seven years. The room is fully furnished, with an ottoman storage bed and also has its own entrance - should you wish to use it. We are a ground floor flat and have sectioned off the patio solely for the use of our spare room.

There is one shared bathroom/toilet. We are very clean and respectful people (no bathroom hoggers here!)

The flat is in a gated courtyard just off the high street which is extremely quiet and includes secure bike storage.

We are a 3 minute Walk from Sydenham Overground station - Windrush line to Canada Water is 16 minutes and the South Eastern train takes you to London Bridge in 18 minutes.

We are also only a 10 minute walk to Penge East Station with trains to Victoria in 18 minutes via Brixton (10 Minutes).

On the High Street everything is just a stones through away, Supermarkets, Two Gyms, A book Shop and a couple of pubs just moments away.

We are two actors/creatives working mainly in theatre in the west end. At least one of us is usually out in the evenings for work so the working week set up suits us perfectly.

We are open to professionals looking for full time accommodation. Sadly this is not open to those who need to WFH more than 1 day a week (due to space).
The full time price is £900pcm all bills included.
