Room available to rent in Sydenham

We’ve got a lovely spacious room available in our house in Sydenham. The house is really homely, and the housemates are super friendly and creative. We love to hang out and chat but also all value our own space, so it feels like a really nice balance


The house itself has an open-plan living room & kitchen, a big garden, and 2 bathrooms (2 showers + 1 bathtub). The room is spacious, bright, comfy, and has just been repainted, so it feels really clean and fresh

We’re about a 10 min walk from Sydenham Overground, with plenty of buses nearby too. There’s a Tesco Express around the corner, Lidl about 10–15 mins away, and a short bus ride takes you to a retail park with Aldi and Sainsbury’s


Rent is £722.50/month, and bills come to around £100/month (depending on the season). We all pay through one account, so rent is transferred to one housemate by the 9th and paid on the 11th


We’re ideally looking for someone around 25–29, and it’d be great to have a quick call or meet up to see if you’d be a good fit for the house vibe 🙂
