We have a bright double room available in our lovely 4-bedroom flat, shared with three friendly professionals. We’re looking for someone easy-going who’ll fit in well with the rest of us — someone who enjoys socialising over dinner, heading out for a drink now and then, and has a range of interests outside work.
About the flat:
Rent: £450/month (bills not included)
Bills: around £100/month each, covering gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, and internet
Deposit: £325
Payment: First month’s rent required upon moving in
The room comes unfurnished, but there’s the option to buy the existing furniture for £150 (bed and wardrobe)
Shared kitchen and bathroom – all clean, comfortable, and well looked after
We’re a friendly, respectful household that enjoys a good balance between hanging out together and having our own space.
