Hello, I'm a live-in landlord looking for a roommate to share my flat. I work as a producer and theatre-maker. Friendly, chilled flat share. Not a party house, though happy to have people round. I'm pretty sociable but most of the time I go out to see friends. I also like some quiet-time.
I have a little Italian Greyhound called Enzo, so looking for someone who likes dogs !
Probably not suitable for full-time WFH because there isn't room for a desk in the bedroom but hybrid could work, I'll be out of the house for work 3 days a week.
I moved in not long ago so still doing bits up (don't have a TV yet I'm waiting for the sales!). But everything works and there is a double bed and chest of drawers in the room. Happy for you to paint it.
No garden but it's 2 mins from the parks, the area is very green.
