Cute room in beautiful house in Sydenham

A room has just opened up in our beautiful house in Sydenham.

Come join us in our house of good vibes, plenty of space to chill with big living room, kitchen, and gorgeous garden (bonus points if you have a green thumb).

We're looking for someone kind and sweet to take over from our last flatmate. The house is a place of relaxation and in general very laid back. We are looking for someone to add to that energy, maybe cook together sometimes, and feel at home in our shared space. Also looking for someone respectful of other's space, trans-friendly is a must, and LGBTI a bonus.

The contract runs for a year but are quite keen to have someone who would consider staying longer. Ideally we want a space where everyone can feel settled and at home.

The neighbourhood is really nice with shops on Sydenham Road and my favourite Mayow Park just a few minutes around the corner. Sydenham Station (for overground), Lower Sydenham (for trains to London Bridge + Charing Cross) and Penge East (trains to Victoria) are all just 10-15 mins walk or a very short bus ride away. Also easy to get Forest Hill, Peckham, Lewisham, Brixton, Crystal Palace and other areas in south.
