Spacious Double Room in Friendly, Clean Flatshare

We have a large and bright double room available in our maisonette (approx 950 sq ft) in SE26.

The room is unfurnished and includes a built-in wardrobe. There is flexibility regarding the existing furniture if needed — please note that any furniture taken over will become your responsibility, as the property was originally unfurnished when we moved in.

The flat is arranged over two levels and offers plenty of space:

Downstairs: spacious kitchen, additional WC, and a living room with access to a private garden.
Upstairs: main bathroom, three bedrooms, and extra storage throughout.

Good location between Crystal Palace and Dulwich.
We are a short walk from Sydenham Overground Station, with trains reaching London Bridge and Canada Water in around 15 minutes. There are plenty of shops, cafés, pubs, and amenities nearby. Wells Park is moments away, and Dulwich Park and Crystal Palace Park are both within walking distance.

You will be sharing with two professionals who work Monday to Friday. We are friendly and respectful, and we enjoy a balance between socialising in the evenings and having our own space when needed.
We are looking for a clean, considerate, and responsible person (man or woman) who is used to sharing a home, is tidy in shared spaces, and appreciates a relaxed and respectful atmosphere.

The move-in date is flexible, can be available slightly earlier or later start.

Bills are approximately £115 per person per month on average.

Our landlord is reliable and responsive. He will carry out standard reference checks and requires a five-week deposit before the move-in date.
