We have a large and bright double room available in SE26.
The room includes only a built-in wardrobe as the whole property came unfurnished when we took it. However there is flexibility with the current tenant furniture as he’s moving in a furnished place.
The flat is arranged over two levels and offers plenty of space:
Downstairs: kitchen, additional WC, and a living room with access to a private garden.
Upstairs: main bathroom, three bedrooms, and extra storage throughout.
Good location between Crystal Palace and Dulwich.
We are a short walk from Sydenham Overground Station, with trains reaching London Bridge and Canada Water in around 15 minutes. Dulwich Park and Crystal Palace Park are both within walking distance.
You will be sharing with two professionals who work Monday to Friday. We are friendly and respectful, and we enjoy a balance between socialising in the evenings and having our own space when needed.
Bills are approximately £115 per person per month on average.
Our landlord is reliable and responsive. He will carry out standard reference checks and requires a five-week deposit before the move-in date.
