We have a large and bright double room available in our clean, spacious split-level apartment in SE26.

The room comes unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe. There is flexibility with the existing furniture if needed — note that you will become responsible of the furniture as the flat was originally unfurnished when we moved in three years ago.

Our home is split over two levels and offers plenty of space:
- Kitchen, additional WC and spacious living room with access to a private garden downstairs.
- Main bathrooms, three bedrooms and plenty of extra storage upstair

Great location between Crystal Palace and Dulwich.
Short walk to Sydenham Overground Station with 15 minutes train journey to/from Canada Water and London Bridge
Lots of shops, cafe, pubs, etc nearby. Wells Park just moment away and Dulwich Park and Crystal Palace Park within walking distance.

You’ll be sharing with two professionals who work Monday–Friday, 9–5.
We’re friendly, respectful, and enjoy a balance of chatting, evenings together, and personal space.

We’re looking for a clean, considerate and responsible person (man or woman) who knows how to share a home respectfully, is tidy and mindful of shared spaces and enjoys a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Landlord is responsive and reliable, he will carry out references on the new tenants and will require 5 weeks deposit before the move-in date.
