There is a washing machine, oven, hob, sofa, and 2 fridges (1 of which has a freezer shelf) provided but the bedroom is completely unfurnished. There is onroad parking along the street. Sydenham high street is a 15 minute walk away and there are plenty of supermarkets/express stores within walking distance.
