I've had to relocate for my job so I am looking to have someone take my place in a joint tenancy for a 2-bed flat in Sydenham (SE26). This is not a sublet, you will be taking my place on the contract with Dexters. I have already moved out so the room is already empty and ready to go.

My flatmate is a full time professional and she can currently host viewings on the 25th, 26th, and 31st January and 1st February. We are looking for someone between 18-30 years old.

The flat is made up of 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom with a combination shower/bath and a shared kitchen/living room area. There is a washing machine, oven, hob, sofa, and 2 fridges (1 of which has a freezer shelf) provided but the bedroom is completely unfurnished. The bedroom is a spacious double and has a north-facing bay window that overlooks Sydenham Wells Park. The street and area are quiet.

Sydenham station and Sydenham Hill station are both a 15 minute walk away. Crystal Palace station is a 20 minute walk away. There are bus stops for the 227, 122, and 450 bus routes 5 minutes away. There is onroad parking along the street. Sydenham high street is a 15 minute walk away and there are plenty of supermarkets/express stores within walking distance.
