The property falls under Council Tax Band B (Lewisham local authority).
My main residence will be elsewhere; however, I will keep the smallest room vacant so that I can occasionally stay on weekdays only if I need to be in London overnight for work. My stays would be infrequent and discreet, and tenants would otherwise have full use of the home.
