Double bedroom in cosy 3 bed flat :)

Hello! We are looking for a woman or non binary person to move into our lovely 3 bed flat in Forest Hill at the end of April! 🌳🌞

The flat is a 10 min walk from both Forest Hill and Sydenham stations. The flat is all on one level, and it's on the ground floor, but you have to walk down about 6 steps to get to it. We're on a reasonably quiet road but a 5 min walk to pubs and shops!

It is big, light and airy. It has a separate (big) living room and good sized kitchen. 1 bathroom with shower/bath/toilet and a separate room with a toilet, storage, and laundry space.

The bedroom for rent:

The bedroom is a good size and comes with a bed frame but is unfurnished ( potential desk, small set of drawers available too) It's at the back of the flat and is in between the kitchen and living room. It offers more privacy than the other rooms as it backs onto the flat parking lot rather than the street. The parking lot is never busy, with max 2 cars parking back there. It is surrounded with bushes and trees so it is quite peaceful! Please see pics for the room!

The room is £763.40 + bills which are roughly £140pcm

The tenancy renews on the 27th April and the contract has been agreed to be 1 year. There will be changes to the actual contract to align with the new renters right bill, but we have been guaranteed to stay at least another year.

A bit about us:

We are Rhi (29 they/she) and Kaiisha (27 they/she) both POC. Looking for someone to join our very relaxed, cosy and communal home 🙂

We have known each other and lived together for a year, but Rhi has lived in the flat for the past 3 years. We prioritise having a clean, cosy and peaceful home where we can all relax and be ourselves. We respect each other’s alone time but also enjoy hanging out.

We occasionally cook together, and often will spend time together either watching TV at home, playing football, going for a walk or going out. We both have our own lives / friends and aren’t home all the time!

We both work in the Charity sector, and work from home half the week. We both have partners so are sometimes away at the weekends/partners are here.

Who are we looking for?
