The room is downstairs next to a shower room. The tenant would have near sole use of this. I am in the house a couple of days every month/6 weeks and my room is also downstairs.
Upstairs are 4 double rooms and a single which is used only for guests, a large bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower
There is a separate 2nd shower room.
There's an enormous kitchen with dishwasher, 6 burner professional gas hob, double electric oven, combination microwave oven, table seating six- eight, large double sink, and a 2 seater leather sofa for those cosy chats whilst cooking
2 large tall fridges and a tall freezer.
There is a separate utility room with 2 washing machines and a dryer, double sink and range of brand new cupboards
Huge lounge backing onto the rear garden with 2 sofas and 3 armchairs and a smart tv.
The other tenants have been here for a while (1 for 8 years, another 3+) for some time though they are not a "team"- all very friendly but they keep ourselves pretty much to ourselves. It's not a party house!
We've cleaning weekly and a gardener too.
Victoria station in 15 mins, every 15 mins from Penge East station, about 5-6 mins walk away.
Sydenham station (including Overground) station about 8 minutes walk.
Gatwick can be reached in 40-50 mins, Luton airport 1.25-1.5 hours, both door to door.
