I rent a big but still cosy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom from a lovely landlord that is selling her house to retire in Portugal. My flatmate is moving out but I would like to stay until the property sells which could be 6 months to a year realistically (happy to explain more and provide details if you wish)

The flat is in Sydenham SE26:

- Bus stop in front: 194, 356, 202 and 450.

-Lidl is 8 minutes walking

- Super Sainsbury's 5 minutes away by bus

- You can get to Central London within 35 minutes with frequent trains from Sydenham or Catford.

The room is £812,50 + bills.

We usually send £980 in winter time to a shared account so we can also purchase cleaning products and other shared item's for the house.

Move - in date from 7th June 2026.

This room would be ideal for a woman that is tidy and clean that works full time in an in-person setting, not really work from home. The flat is not a party home but having friends over for a meal is welcomed!

I would love to have a great relationship with my flatmates as that is important to me, sharing a meal and watching some TV. I currently work full time in a vets as non-clinical staff ( I have no pets).
