A cosy double room in a Victorian ground floor 2 bed home, 10-15 mins walk from London overground with direct trains to Shoreditch, Victoria, etc also 15 min walk to Lower Sydenham station with 16 min train to London Bridge, and 20 min to Charing Cross.

The house is 2 min walk to beautiful, Mayo Park with a lovely cafe, and 10 min bus ride to Crystal Palace park.

I’m a gay profession, 46. I have a small dog (Leo). Would prefer to live with a gay male.

Easy access to Sydenham high street with lots of independent coffee shops, pubs and artisan bakeries, Yoga studios, gym, etc

A little bit about me, I am a professional who run a creative arts college in central london. I work from home during the summer and I live with little dog, Leo. Very chilled energy, friendly and zen. I don’t drink or party much.

Looking for someone friendly with the similar energy. The room is for one person (no couples - sorry!). The room is a cosy double bedroom with lots of wardrobe space under the bed and in two large wardrobes.
Use of all spaces, separate lounge space, seating space in kitchen area, garden.

The room includes all amenities, gas, electric, council tax, WiFi etc. The room has some furnishings, chair, bed and wardrobe.

Recently renovated, new kitchen and bathroom. Free parking with no permit.
