Easy going professional sharer for nice flat

Hi, I have a double room available in my three bed garden flat. The flat is nicely furnished and always gets compliments - well presented with stripped dark wood flooring and all amenities. Two mins walk to Sydenham station for the main line to London Bridge/Croydon etc and the Overground to link to the tube. There is a private garden and patio area. The third bedroom is used for storage so whilst the room is not huge there is lots of wardrobe/storage space. I'm a busy professional guy (lawyer) who spends a lot of time out working/socialising/training for some kind of running or cycling event but am looking for someone easy going (and reasonably tidy...).
