I work as an artist and will be travelling and studying for 3.5 years. It's a lovely house and I have lovely neighbours. So really want to find someone who will be ideal to take care and enjoy the space as their own. 4-mins from Mayow Park and 10-15 mins from Sydenham Station. Local film club and bars with popular live music events. Sydenham runs an annual art festival and is neighbour to Forest Hill with its stunning refurbished swimming pool, the centre offers the perfect place to keep fit and swim.

You will need to be working and I will require 2x references. One from work that confirms you income and ability to cover the rent and one a previous landlord showing a positive tenancy history. One months rent in advance and one months rent deposit. The property is on a 6 months contract that has the potential to role over for 3.5 years, as I will be moving to B'ham to go to Uni, after travelling.
