This flatshare is for a tidy and friendly male to join a like-minded guy in a spacious 2 bedroom maisonette in leafy Sydenham. Martin lives here and he prefers someone who is a professional or skilled worker and also a non-smoker. He work in the live events industry full time 5-6 days per week. It’s a pleasant home environment and I would like to share it with someone who enjoys a peaceful atmosphere away from the bustle of London. It’s an ideal place for someone who chooses a good nights rest over partying or loud music. There’s plenty of space for two to cook in the kitchen and relax in the lounge.

The location is in a quiet, residential area with very good travel links. TWO train stations 5min walk - Sydenham and Penge East - direct trains to Lon Victoria 17min, Lon Bridge 18min, Shoreditch 25min Highbury Islington 35min (and also Canary Wharf 20min - 1 easy change).

Sydenham, Penge and Crystal Palace high streets are all within walking distance as is Crystal Place Park which also has an a renowned sports centre with a wide range of sports facilities.

The tenancy is ongoing & requires that you give at 1 month notice to allow time to find a suitable replacement. Applicants need to be in full-time employment and have a guaranteed income.
