As soon as you come and look you will fall in love with the place. Has it's own garden which is shared and maintained by the building manager. On an evening you could be anywhere in the world. Very quiet and tranquil.

Easy to commute, a short walk to Forest Hill which gets you to London Bridge in 12mins or a picturesque walk to sydenham Hill station which goes to Brixton and Victoria.

I absolutely love this place but have to move away with work.

The two other tenants(Earle33 - Tixi26, couple) are incredibly laid back and good fun.
