London Overground services run 10 times per hour in to Canada Water where you can change for the LU Jubilee Line. Both journeys in to Central London are approx 17 mins in duration. There are also 2 trains per hour in to London Victoria.
Alternatively 15 mins walk to Lower Sydenham train station (Zone 4) trains in to Charring Cross.
Night bus 176 takes you all the way in to town and back 24/7.
