Second flatmate needed to share 2 bedroom flat

A flatmate is needed for beautiful two bedroom top floor apartment in a nice green area of Sydenham Hill due to current tenant moving out of London.
You will be taking over a large bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and buit-in storage.
The flat has very large living room with french window with amazing views of Kent and London city. The building is well managed and rents are well below average for the area.
The flat also benefits from buit-in storage in the corridor (a lot of storage!) a garage and a newly decorated kitchen.
The rent excludes bills. The current council tax is approximately £120, gas and electricity amounts to approximately £600 - £800 a year. All the bills to be shared between two people.
Current flatmate is a professional male in his mid thirties who works most of the week. He would prefer someone who would help maintain a homely feel of the flat, share some meals together and watch an occasional film.
Sorry, no pets, no couples and no wild parties please.
