The house is a 10 min walk from Sydenham, Sydenham Hill and Forest Hill train stations and frequent buses towards Crystal Palace, Croydon and central London. There are local shops within a 5 min walk, as well as a park and a wood for afternoon strolls.

This is a 3-bedroom house - your room, if you choose to take it, is located at the back of the house overlooking the garden, and has a single bed and wardrobe. Viewings available now.
