Fantastic double room in an amazing house

In a super convenient, increasingly "known" part of London.

Victoria station in 15 mins, every 15 mins from Penge East station, about 5-6 mins walk away.

Sydenham station (including Overground) station about 8 minutes walk.
Gatwick can be reached in 40-50 mins, Luton airport 1.25-1.5 hours, both door to door.

The house is in an idyllic setting between a park and allotment gardens at the end of a little lane yet very close to public transport and the shops in Sydenham Road- Tesco Express, Lidl, Sainsbury's supermarkets- new coffee shops and bistros opened since the Overground arrived.

The room is large and bright with super king sized bed, which makes the room seem smaller in the photos!

The room is freshly decorated and has a built in sink/vanity unit tucked away in a cupboard and many fitted wardrobes, cupboards, a desk and chair.

The house has a new heating system and is very warm and comfortable in the winter but never gets too hot in the summer.
The house has a large bathroom with whirlpool bath and fantastic shower over.
There is a separate 2nd shower room.

Downstairs is the enormous kitchen with dishwasher, 6 burner professional gas hob, double electric oven, combination microwave oven, table seating six- eight, large double sink, and a 2 seater leather sofa for those cosy chats whilst cooking
2 large tall fridges and a tall freezer.

There is a separate utility room with 2 washing machines and a dryer, double sink and range of brand new cupboards

Huge lounge backing onto the rear garden with 2 sofas and 3 armchairs and a smart tv.

I am usually away but when home (about every 3-4 weeks for a few days) I have a room downstairs and there is another tenant in a single room downstairs too but he is away most of the time. There is another shower room downstairs that we use.
No bath or shower room is used by more than 2 people

I travel and work all over the world giving talks and training and have businesses in the CEE region.
The other tenants have been here for a while (1 for 8 years, another 3+) for some time though we are not a "team"- all very friendly but we keep ourselves pretty much to ourselves.

We've cleaning weekly and a gardener too.

There is also a small single room we keep for any occasional guests.
