Spacious double room going near Sydenham station

Hello - I have a double room going in my two bed flat in Sydenham. I am pretty laid back and enjoy a relaxed home environment. I would love to live with someone easy going, happy to have a drink or dinner with me sometimes - and who enjoys a (fairly) healthy lifestyle.
The room does have some furniture in - a double bed, a shelf unit and some fitted shelves, I am happy to be flexible on this - if unfurnished is better or if more furniture is needed.
I have a nice - courtyard style - outdoor space, perfect to eat out in and/or store a bike.
The flat is one of three and I get on with both lots of neighbours who are nice and friendly and we often have a drink or dinner together on the roof top area - this doesn't belong to me, but I sit up there regularly.
The flat is ten mins walk to Sydenham station which connects to London Bridge, Victoria - and on the East London Line - right the way to Highbury and Islington.
Lower Sydenham Station is about 8 mins away and that goes also to London Bridge and to Charing Cross.
Penge station is also quite close for a fast train to Victoria ... and when Sydenham is not enough for a night out, Crystal Palace is in walking distance or ten mins on a bus.
I work in TV and commute most days to Canary Wharf, door to door it's 40 mins.
I am not in all the time as I am away from time to time with work, or doing a bit of sport or out with friends.
Rent includes all bills.
