1 bed flat to rent on a Monday - Thursday, or part time basis.

I'm looking for somebody who comes into London for work on a part time basis but has their main home elsewhere and is looking for a self contained flat for part of the week.

I work part time in London but have now relocated to Liverpool where I live most of the time. My own work in London is flexible, so I can work around you giving you exclusive use of the flat when you are there. Ideally I'm looking for somebody who needs around 2 - 3 nights, or similar, per week in London. I'm open to discussing different schedules, for example more nights but on a bi monthly, or weekly basis.
The rate is inclusive of all bills. Deposit and references will be required.

Peaceful, top floor flat with bags of light and lovely views located in a quiet street in Sydenham. The flat is very secure, it is one of four in a Victorian conversion.
The property which is a three minute walk from Sydenham Station, in Zone 3, provides easy access to London Bridge 16 mins and also Canary Wharf on the East London Line.
Penge East is 10 - 15 mins walk away, 20 mins from London Victoria BR.

The flat which is fully furnished has been recently refurbished to a good modern standard and has all amenities including kitchen and bathroom suite, new gas boiler, washing machine, electric cooker and hob, double bed.
