Fully furnished contemporary and modern maisonette flat, ample of storage, with a large built in wardrobe, wooden floored, fully furnished. The whole property is airy, fresh and bright room with a fantastic view and built-in wardrobes.

My place can only accommodate up to 3 people one room is Kingsized bed and the single bedroom. Seeking only for short term let for entire place ideally for one family with a child or two friends or perhaps a couple and a friend. Term is exactly a month duration from 28th July until 28th of Aug. During this period I’ll be travelling so only enquiry if you are only looking short term let.

Rent for entire place will be £2000 with all bills included (broadband, utility, service charge, water, wifi, tv license, council tax). For the whole place deposit is £700 plus cleaning fee of £50. Deposit returnable subject to the conditions of the place.

Based in a beautiful greenery, leafy and quite part of Upper Sydenham, nestled in between 8 min walk away from Crystal Palace Park and 2min walk away from Wells Park, 15 min walk away from Forest Hill station and high street.

Transport links are very good, served by both trains and tube.
The bus stop is a 3min walk from the building. Bus no.176 goes directly to Waterloo, Charing Cross, Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road.
