We are offering a beautiful, light and recently decorated double room in our family home. There is a newly refurbished bathroom next door to the bedroom with semi private access (between 9 pm and 7am the bathroom is all yours!!). The room has plenty of storage and it is situated at the top of the house with wonderful views over the garden and towards central London (you can see the London Eye and Big Ben in winter when there are no leaves on the trees).

Our home is welcoming and friendly but also allows for your own undisturbed space. We have a very friendly small dog called Pip and 2 cats.

The house is very well situated on Telegraph Hill - a few metres from the beautiful Victorian park and 5-10 minutes walk to New Cross Gate station (Border of Zone 1/2)with 10 minute journey to London Bridge on mainline or overground/underground links. There is a very lively community on the Hill including some great pubs, an annual arts festival, a small monthly farmers' market and a large Sainsbury's close by. Goldsmiths University and the new Goldsmiths Curzon cinema are 15 minutes walk away.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (except your own insurance)and we ask for a £500 refundable deposit. Washing machine is available for use.
