Big double room w/ skyline view 4 min walk to NXG

The Room:
-Split level flat, spare room is attic conversion (upstairs from the other bedroom so nice and private!)
-Super warm in winter
-Lots of storage in the eaves
-Spare room has a view of London skyline from skylight window
The Flat:
-4 minute walk to NXG station (my most used routes are a 6 min train to London Bridge, a 5 min overground to Canada Water and a 16 min overground to Shoreditch High Street).
-Plenty of lovely pubs & restaurants nearby
-Massive Sainsburys 5 mins walk away.
-5 min walk from Telegraph Hill park (w/ tennis courts)
-8 min bus or 30 min walk to bars/ restaurants of Peckham
The housemate (me):
-Very easygoing, sociable person (#humblebrag)
-Enjoy a night in as much as a night out
-Won't nag about tidiness, but do enjoy living somewhere that feels homely and clean
-Looking for a young professional who shares similar interests and enjoys a sociable living situation
