The house is a huge Edwardian house, looking out directly onto Telegraph Hill Park. The first room is very large (£630) and looks out onto Telegraph Hill Park, and the second is smaller (£545) and has patio doors out onto the garden. Both have an immediate sense of nature, which is lovely. There is a kitchen and bathroom on each floor and a giant communal garden out the back (with a lovely pear tree). This is the perfect tranquil place to relax and focus on studies. The housemates are studying a fascinating variety of subjects in the house (from Documentary Photography to Fine art and Virtual Reality). Everyone is friendly and will frequently chill out together.
