This is a very sunny and big 4 bedroom flat on Musgrove Road SE14. As the landlords are moving out of the property, I am planning to start a new flat share with 3 more people. The other two rooms have already been filled with super open, friendly and respectful girls (visual artist and journalist), so now we are looking for a forth person to join us and make this to our new beautiful home in SE London.

About the room:
- £450 including bill
- minimum stay are 6 months
- deposit £350
- the landlords are currently painting it and will buy a new bed and mattress
- it is on the second floor of the flat with only one other room next to it, so it feels very private
- the window is west facing

About the flat:
- 5 minutes away from big Sainsbury’s, New Cross Gate Overground and Telegraph Hill Park
- 1 bath
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 large kitchen that can be used a communal area as well
- lots of storage for books
- very kind community around the house

I am a 27 year old MA photography student, vegetarian and very much into music and art.
