Seeking 4th housemate for spacious Nunhead house

Seeking housemate to join our lovely house in Nunhead.

You’ll be joining:
Sascha (me), 25, she/her,
I head up the TikTok division at a creative agency
Luca, 25, she/her, programmes coordinator for a women’s charity
Connie, 25, she/her, office manager for a TV production company

We’re a fun group of ladies who enjoy both a bit of chill time, and a party. We’re all mates from uni and spend time hanging out with each other, so we’d love someone to be up for making new friends. We also enjoy having friends round every so often; but we're not the type of house to host afterparties til 9am every weekend.

The ideal new housemate would be someone who is up for meeting new people and socialising with the house; we often watch TV, cook, have a drink, go out for food and drinks, and even go bouldering together on occasion.

We're happy for anyone of any gender or sexuality to join the house. We're all openminded people, and have strong views on social and political issues.

We all work full time, between the hours of 9.30-6pm. Two of us are currently fully working from home, and one of us works in the office once or twice a week. One of us works in the living room during the daytime on weekdays, but we have other communal space in the kitchen and garden for use during these times. Our new housemate would ideally work similar hours to the rest of the house.
