Large room in a nice period conversion flat. You'll be sharing with just one other flatmate (an academic in her 30s with a mixed wfh/office schedule).

Ideally looking for someone 30+, quiet, with a hybrid or office-based schedule, who's happy to share the weekly cleaning chores :¬)

Available ASAP, needs to be taken by mid-August at the latest. I've really enjoyed living here, and just moving because of a job change.

• Loft room with sloping ceilings, 2.1m high at the tallest point.
• I'm 1.8m tall and can comfortably stand/walk around in a 1.6m wide section down the middle of the room (hopefully this makes sense from the pics!)
• The low areas at the side of the room are a natural spot for some furniture/storage.
• Lovely views towards central/west/north London, good for sunsets! 🌆
• Room unfurnished except for metal IKEA bed frame, 2x bedside drawer units, 1x larger chest of drawers, 1x large clothes rail (not pictured).
• You'll need your own mattress: bed frame fits a double (roughly 190cm x 135cm).
