Huge bright flat in New Cross Gate terraced house

Hello there!

My current flatmate is moving in with her partner at the end of August so we're looking for someone to take her room in September.

The room is large with space for a king size bed, and has its own large bathroom for personal use (it is attached to the kitchen, so is usually used when guests come over). The bedroom would be unfurnished, but does come with a large closet and a small desk/vanity. The bedroom gets sunlight in the morning and looks over residential gardens, plus has a view over Canary Wharf.

There is a huge kitchen and living room area which also gets tonnes of natural light.
We also have access to a garden out back and there is a small study/laundry room.

A bit about me - I'm 28 years old, working as a Software Engineer in Shoreditch but am very into my arts and crafts and creative hobbies. I go into the office at a min. 3 times a week, so would have a preference for someone who has a similar schedule to this!
