Double room in SE14, w/garden and cat

I'm letting out a room in flat as my lovely housemate is moving in with her partner. The room is available from December 3rd.

The room is bright and fully furnished. The flat is ground floor at the top of Telegraph Hill, with access to a big communal garden. There's a big lounge and a nice kitchen and bathroom (obviously).

You'd be sharing with me and my cute black cat, Fig (in pic!), we have a chill friendly household. I work in the charity sector and WFH a few days a week usually in the lounge but up for negotiation pending your situation.

Bills are not included in the rent : we're council tax band C, and we have pretty fast broadband and then all the usual. Bills per month, depending on if it's Winter or Summer, probably end up being about 115£ PCM.

The flat's owned by me and my sister (who lives in surrey quays), and we can try to be flexible to short and long term lets etc depending on the person, so just get in touch. (no agents etc). Room is available from 3rd December 2024.
