Huge bright loft room with living & kitchen area

Beautiful loft room, bathed in light with private bathroom. The room is large enough to comfortably accommodate a king-sized bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, sofa, coffee table and kitchenette style area.
The house is an attractive Victorian terrace occupied by me and occasionally my 3 grown-up children who are home at times during University holidays. I have a quiet, gentle greyhound and a cat.
Transport: Nunhead train station under 5 min walk with direct connections to Victoria and London Bridge. Queens Road Peckham and Brockley stations are also with 15 minute walk. Lime bike to central London - 30 minutes.
The locality: Nunhead/Telegraph Hill is a friendly, urban style village with a community feel and high street with an independent baker, greengrocer, butcher, fishmonger and cafes. There’s plenty of green space to enjoy; Telegraph Hill parks and the beautiful Nunhead Cemetery are moments away and Peckham Rye is a 20 minute walk.
Although I’m a warm, friendly and easy-going individual I’m looking for someone happy to be self-contained as I work from home.
