Double Room- own floor Telegraph Hill

A beautiful large double room, in Telegraph Hill, part furnished with options. Located at the top of the house so has lots of privacy, a storage. The house is shared by my 12 year old daughter and we are looking for a mature female who will share our space. It is a family home that is beautiful so we are looking for someone who is independent and quite happy to also appreciate the quiet and calm we have in the house. Beautiful garden and home. Cleaner once a week, all bills are included. As it’s a family home there is a no visitor policy so the right person would be comfortable with this. Has to be seen to be appreciated. Excellent transport links into Victoria, Canary Wharf and London Bridge. Would suit an independent mature female.
