Big south-facing bedroom in a three bed flat

Spacious south-facing double bedroom in a lovely and homely three bedroom flat shared with two women. Shared bathroom, split into toilet and shower/bath.

The flat is a homely, bright spacious reconverted (but renovated right before we moved in) victorian house and we are looking for someone chill, sociable and clean to join. We are very close to a lovely park and have great cafés and bars walking distance, and are a quick cycle away from Peckham. We are 10 minutes walking from New Cross Gate that has 10 minute trains to london bridge and the overground that runs overnight. The flat is managed by the agency and any maintenance needed gets done within 48 hours usually.

We really enjoy our flat, we have chill, homely vibe and like to keep the space clean and are LGBTQ+ friendly. We all have our independent lives but like to hang out together watching a movie, at the local café, the saturday market in the park nearby, going to the pub/a gig or attending a life drawing class.

Both current flatmates are females and PhD students who have lived in london for 5 years. Carolina (23, French-Brazilian) is an amazing cook, loves a good laugh and hanging up various decorations in the house. Natalia (24, Georgian) is always down to learn and chat about new things, and you can often find her dancing around to a song that’s stuck in her head.

The reason I am leaving the flat is because I’m moving to work somewhere else - I have really enjoyed living in the area (it’s very quiet while vibrant with artsy and community activities). The house is also amazing, with a spacious living room and kitchen and loads of light.
