Hello lovely people!
My flatmate and I are looking for a new tenant to move into our lovely 3 bed flat on Telegraph Hill. Location is beautiful all year round, and only 14 mins to both New Cross gate and Brockley Station - around a 15 min walk to Nunhead too! :)
The room will be the smallest in the flat, but it still perfectly fits a double bed + wardrobe + desk if needed - definitely would only really suit a single person and non work from home! I’ve included pics of it empty and full for reference- you can definitely squeeze in more than you think.
We are very relaxed people but we do tend to keep the flat looking nice and tidy so we would appreciate someone with the same approach🫶 we have 1 bathroom and a shared kitchen/ living room with 2 sofas and plenty of space. Bills are not included in the rent but tend to come to around 100£.
We are both creative freelancers in fashion and music, but you don’t need to be a creative! Currently we are one female and only male living in the flat so open to anyone who thinks they may fit.
No students I’m sorry! We are looking for over 25 working professionals :)
